HP laptop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My old computer brought up both e-mail IDs when I was on the sign-in page for my e-mail accounts. This new HP laptop only brings up one & won't remember the 2nd one. Cablevision support told me I would have to download an "auto save" app to do this.  Can someone let me know where to go on the HP website or another website to do this?  Thanks.

@Paolo51

Most likely, this is due to the different way the email client worked on the old PC and the new Win10 PC -- and we don't have the resources here to debug issues with various email clients.

I know nothing of any "auto save" app and HP does not provide any downloads for third-party (i.e., non-HP) apps.

So, you will need to get back with Cablevision and have them tell you WHERE to get this so-called app.

Thanks for your reply.  My old computer had Vista on it.  Maybe Windows 10 isn't always an improvement . . .
