HP Stream 14-cm0506sa 14

Heyy! I bought a HP Stream 14-cm0506sa 14.. and it said it came with office 365 for a year.. however i've not been able to activate it it only gives me the option to purchase. i found a old thread from 2019 however after following them steps were still not able to active it... Can someone please help? 🙂

First off, the version of Office that comes preloaded on HP PCs is a trial version, and since that expires, it does NOT activate.

IF you are trying activate that version, you will not succeed.

Second, if you believe that you purchased Office included with your HP PC, then you will have to contact HP Customer Support directly because we here can not assist you in that activation.

 

To contact HP Support see the following link to create yourself a case number, then call and it may help speed up the call process:
Step 1. Goto this page https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp
Step 2. Enter Product number or select to auto detect
Step 3. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
Step 4. Scroll down and click on: HP contact options - click on Get phone number
Case number and phone number appear.
