Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This question has been asked and answered before but Windows is slightly different now, hence the repeat: how to use the blue keys.

In Windows, go to Settings -> Time and Language -> Language. In the Preferred Languages section, click Add language and add French (Canada). For easy access, you may wish to also enable the Language bar. To do so, click on the Keyboard symbol at the top of the page then click the box beside Use the desktop language bar when it's available. Close Settings.

In the Taskbar the language should now show the selected language: EN if you picked English (Canada) as the default. Click on it and select FR to switch. The blue keys can then be accessed by holding down the right Alt key.

You can also switch layouts with Win key + space. Each tap on space switches the selected keyboard layout.
