Hi,

Our users experience a lot of issues with the HP Sure Click software bundled with our HP Probooks.

For instance, Sure Click prevents our users from editing files on our on-premise Sharepoint sites.

There does not seem to be any way (at least documented) to add exceptions to Sure Click.

Putting the sites in IE/Edge Trusted sites does not fix the problem.

As of now, the lack of manageability turns Sure Click into a complete waste of an otherwise good concept. It is quite irritating as one of our decision factors to choose HP laptops was access to this kind of security software.

My questions are:

  • Is there any way to add exceptions to the Sure Click bundled with HP laptops?
  • If so how?
  • Is there a way to manage the Sure Click software bundled with the HP laptops?
  • Where can I find documentation on the bundled Sure Click (something better than the product flyers ...)

Thanks,

N.
