Hi:

It depends on the full model number of your g6.

Not every g6 comes with bluetooth.

What is the full model # of your g6 and I will let you know if it comes with BT.

It is a Pavilion g6 Notebook PC X64 2235us, SKU C2N50UA#ABA.  Thank's for the Help.

You're very welcome.

Below is the product info page for your notebook.

Unfortunately it does not come with bluetooth or it would be listed next to the Wireless Connectivity section.

Your options would be to install an external USB BT adapter or to purchase one of the supported combo wireless/bluetooth cards listed in the service manual for your notebook (click on the user guides tab for the service manual link).

The card you select must also have the HP part number on it or it will not work.

According to the manual, there is only one of those type cards available for your notebook...

Ralink RT3290LE 802.11 b/g/n 1x1 WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0 Combo Adapter HP Part # 690020-001.

If you decide to go that route, you can read chapter 4 for the wlan card removal and replacement procedures.
