I am trying to clean vents on HP Laptop 15 gw0017ny but idk how to unscrew back of the laptop

Your model's user guide (page29) explains how to remove the bottom cover.

This video for HP 15-gw0000 model may be of help. The grayish tape is attached to the underside of the rubber strips. When you remove the edge of the rubber strip, make sure the gray tape is attached to the rubber. Also, when you do any work on the motherboard, it's best to remove a battery first to prevent damage to the board.
