HP Pavillion 17-f004dx
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Have been accessing multiple email accounts on my laptop for a couple of years now. Recently the following message appeared: "Please update your credentials for the account afkincius@comcast.net. It looks like we don't have permission to get email for afkincius@comcast.net"  along with some instructions on how to do that. Unfortunately, those instructions don't jive with how my laptop behaves in "settings" (no "connected accounts" link available from the "options" menu). Since April 30th when this message appeared, no further emails for afkincius@comcast.net have appeared in the laptop inbox. That account still works fine on my tablet and cell phone. Please help me update the necessary info on the laptop to return email permissions. Seems simple but I'd rather not cause more problems by going in the wrong direction on my own (done that before).

Thanks for your time,      Tony K.
