Hello HP Community,

All of a sudden my touchpad stopped working. In device manager, I see that the problem is with I2C HID Device (Code 10) with a message "A request for the HID descriptor failed" in device status. I tried entering the BIOS with F10 and my touchpad works correctly there. I have tried updating my system to the latest version as well as disabling, enabling, and uninstalling this driver. But even after reboot, my problem still persists. I have seen that some users have also experienced a similar problem and have recieved instructions on how to solve this problem, but I have tried almost everything and I can't find the solution.

Please help me out.

My windows version is windows 11 Education Edition Version 22H2
