Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hey

My HP probook is stuck at the HP logo. It got a little water on it today, so I'm quite nervous about that. Fan is running. The same problem is present when running only on power cord, without the battery. I'm a little unsure about which windows operating system I have running, I think it's windows 10. I can access the ,F9 boot menu, but from there it goes to a lightly bright blackscreen. F2 boot doesn't accomplish anything more than a similar blackscreen.

I have tried restarting with 15 seconds  power button hold. And removing battery and holding power button for a minute and using power cord afterwards. Nothing works.

Please help, I want to recover my files or get the computer started.
