HP ZBOOK G4 15u
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

1. HP ZBOOK G4 15u

2. Windows 10 Pro 64bit
3. No error message, the device stalls at the HP Sure Start Splash Screen

4. I had VTX enabled, I downloaded Docker and uninstalled Virtual Box. When the machine restarted, it would not boot. See Point 3. I then booted into the BIOS, and deactivated VTX. Which allows the machine to boot. I then disabled Hyper-V. Did a restart, the machine booted. Did another restart to boot into the BIOS, enabled VTX and restarted again. Back to Point 3

I need to get Docker running for development purposes and I am the only developer having this issue(other developers have the same machine specs, see Point 1 and 2). Please advise as to any steps I can take to resolve this issue.
