I have an HP Envy 15m-Dr1200dx that was purchased at a second hand store, i saw in the online manual that it has a finger print scanner but on the settings it doesn't show up and it only reads that there isn't a "compatible finger print scanner". I checked the drivers and there was also no biometrics driver for it. I've read that when some laptops had upgraded to windows 11, the driver had been deleted and needed to be re-installed or update to different windows. My questions is how do i get it work as i cant find anything about this laptop specifically

model : 15m-Dr0012dx
