I lost My Laptop Bill

I HAVE DUPLICATE OS.. I CHANGE MY OS BUT I LOST MY BILL WARRANTY IS NOT EXPIRED

We have  no access to customer purchase information, so we can't help you in any way with your bill.

 

As to the warranty, the start date is set when the PC is BUILT, not when it is SOLD.  So, it is possible for the end date to be shorter than 12 months from your purchase if you failed to go online and register the laptop with HP to reset the warranty start date.

 

You will have to contact HP Customer Support about this -- as we can do nothing about it.
