HP Recommended

A few months back I upgraded my fully working Laptop from Windows 10 to Windows 11 and while I was checking for updates on Windows 11 my BIOS got upgraded to F53 which is not a right one for me since my Laptop only supports to F4. I have downgraded back to Windows 10 again. Please help me downgrade to my original BIOS and I thank you in advance.
