Product: x360 11 Pentium
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have a new HP x360 11 Pentium convertible PC. I am trying to sync with a POP email first through Mail App and then Outlook. The latter at least gave options for adding in server address but then fails. Maybe it is in the encryption questions / Password authentication requirement tick boxes? I was unsure what to choose but tried more than one option and still failed. Something obvious I am missing?
