I am not able to select = button on which it is printed

Product Name: HP Pavilion Sleekbook 15-b006e
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello Team,

 

When I am trying to select eqal (=) to button on which it is printed, it is not getting typed whereas when I am selecting some other button eqal (=) is getting printed.

 

Please help me in solving this issue.

Hi @Nizam34,

 

Welcome to HP Forums! I have read your post and wanted to help.

 

It  might be the problem of the keyboard layout settings. Please go to the language settings to check the keyboard layout settings. Set it to US/International keyboard.

I tried ur solution but its not working.

 

In my laptop there are 3 extra keys are there I dont know which keyboard layout to select

I have Windows 10 install.

 

I am attaching the snap shot of my keyboard for reference so that you can help me set proper keyboard layout.
