Pavilion Laptop

I am once Again experiencing the battery plugged in and not charging problem. New Battery! **bleep**?

By all accounts this is not a problem with the battery or any other hardware associated with the Laptop.

This is not a BIOS or Driver issue.

All diagnostic tests passed.

Two batteries doing the same thing is highly improbable anyway but I had to rule this out.

I don't fancy telling my child their school laptop From HP is rubbish and they won't help.

Two other parents have reported HP Battery issues too.

 Warranty rubbish will get the ACCC involved immediately.

A lot of similar feedback online doesn't paint HP in a good light re Battery issues not being resolved.

I dare you to try it with me!

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
