HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-fd0000 (70R02AV)

I bought a new hp laptop fd0013tu laptop online  .. as soon as I switched on I found a black line on the topnof the display .. I called the support assistant to rectify it  .. They told to send images .  I sent .. They say that this won't be coming under warranty .. there is no physical damage from my side .  The display shows black colour .. Please arrange for a technician to replace or rectify at free of cost .. If we buy online, is there no support for any repair .. For this only I was scared of buying online .. I would have preferred buying offline .. Is this why hp gives online sales and offers to give damage

Hi @Sathish16,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to assist you.

I see that there is an issue with your new laptop and may need repair.

The support here is limited and this issue might require one-on-one interaction to fix it.

I've sent you a private message with the instructions.
