I brought hp 15 fc-0034ci , half side cooling working well but back and front one side are always hot, i checked pc temperatures are normal but left side always very hot ,its normal?

There is always a heated side, where the CPU and the battery are located.

My laptop have only one side cooling? From small vents back left side no air moving
