It came with FreeDOS. Did you install BT driver for it when installing Windows ? Your machine has Ralink RT3290LE 802.11bgn 1x1 Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0 combination WLAN adapter part # 690020-005.
Please try the following driver
