Product: HP Notebook - 15-da0134ns
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

A music youtube downloader has functioned on my new Windows 10 HP Notebook - 15-da0134ns. 

However, the HP support gave me a list of updates which I did, incuding a BIOS update, a realtek hd audio driver, an Intel graphics driver,  a bluetooth driver, an ethernet driver, a wireless LAN driver, Intel Management engine components, HP hardware dignostics for windows,

After that,  the music youtube downoader give me an ERROR 6 message for files I try to downoad, yet  ony downloads SOME files.

I have uninstalled the musicdownoader, and restarted the laptop then redownoaded the free software, (which has previousy worked on various llaptops over many years!!) but still it gives me the ERROR 6.

I have used the HP support optimiser of system files to try to check the registry. But I don.t know what to do. Pease can someone help advise me? Thanks
