I had submitted a dispute for warranty two days ago and I have not received any response from you. The warranty start and end date is wrong, I would like you to look into this issue ASAP, and please check the dates and make the required corrections. The start date of the warranty is dated four months prior to my purchase. Please respond, I have submitted the disputwe for warranty twice.

Do you need immediate service on your computer that requires the issue be expedited?

If not, that is, if you don't need to submit a case for Warranty Repair, you will likely have to wait your turn in line.

 

If you do need to submit a case for repair and cannot do so, let us know so we can send the matter for review.
