Product: EliteBook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Suddenly the touch pad stuck, it doesn't  work  plus it switches on red light. when I return back to its restore point it works for three weeks, But now  again  it doesn't work. would please help me in fixing the problem. Is it virus or something else.
