This is odd, I guess.

The issue is not related to your brand of computer.

 

I don't use (have never used) McAfee - I do remember that they have a relatively robust website to provide members with information and assistance when needed.

Remember:  If the help you are seeking is not right at the top of the page, scroll down to search the available information.  

 

Finally...

If you cannot resolve the issue with your security software, you do have to option to delete the software entirely and move to a different security.  Consumers have choices, in other words.

And / Or

Force the notifications cease by shutting down the Notifications in your Windows 10.

 

Example

Method - Switch off Notifications (Windows 10)

 

Settings > System > Notifications and actions >

Under Notifications, set the following to OFF

  • Get tips, tricks, and suggestions as you use Windows
  • Get notifications from apps and other senders

 

Method - Switch off Selected Notifications (Windows 10)

 

Settings > System > Notifications and actions > 

Under Notifications 

Switch ON Get notifications from apps and other senders

Scroll down to the list of "apps" > switch on / off each application

Switch OFF Get tips, tricks, and suggestions as you use Windows
