Hi @Reuben_project.

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To resolve the issue with your HP Envy x2 11 and download the necessary BIOS update (Version F.14), you can follow these steps.

Visit the HP Support Website:

  • Go to the official HP support page: HP Software and Driver Downloads.
  • Enter your HP Envy x2 11 model number in the search box (or select it from the list).

Navigate to BIOS Updates:

  • Once you've selected your model, go to the "Drivers & Downloads" section.
  • Under the "Operating System" dropdown, ensure it matches the OS you're using (e.g., Windows 10 or 11).
  • Look for the BIOS section and check for the available F.14 BIOS update.

Download and Install the BIOS Update:

  • If F.14 is listed, download the BIOS update file.
  • Important: Be sure to follow the instructions carefully when updating the BIOS. A failed BIOS update can make the system unbootable.
  • You may need to use a USB drive to create a BIOS recovery stick or use HP's BIOS Recovery method if the system isn’t booting.

Using HP BIOS Recovery (if the system isn't booting):

  • If your PC won’t start, you can try the HP BIOS Recovery method:
    • Turn off the laptop.
    • Hold the Windows key + B key (simultaneously).
    • While holding those keys, press the power button and continue holding the keys until you see the BIOS recovery screen.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
