Product: Elitebook 840G1
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello .I have a HP elite book 840 G1 windows 10 (64 bit).in the last 3 months the laptop has been sleeping when plugged in whether with the battery on or not. I have tried changing the power plan to never in both cases but it doesn't work. I can no longer do anything with it since it sleep every time .please help .it is really frustrating .the laptop is hardly 2 years old since I bought it
