I just had my work laptop reimaged and now it will no longer print 4.13" x 9.5" envelopes.

HP Recommended
Elitebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The problem is that the type of envelop I wish to print is no longer listed in paper types

In my experience, and others I know who use work laptops at home, these all come loaded with specialized firmware and software -- and we here would not possibly have any way to debug any issues with these PCs.

 

I'm presuming that your work IT department reimaged the laptop, so you would have to take this issue up with them.
