I m starting the laptop almost after 15 day but its on startup showing BitLocaker and asking the recovery key. How can i fix it

See this link for how to recover the BitLocker recovery key:

 

Find your BitLocker recovery key - Microsoft Support

 

If you cannot recover the BitLocker recovery key, your only option would be to clean the disk using the diskpart utility when inside the Windows setup program and reinstall Windows.

 

If you cannot get the recovery key all data on the drive is forever encrypted and unrecoverable.
