HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I purchased an HP laptop with a 1 year Microsoft subscription. It shows as renewal in Nov of 2023. All of by Microsoft accounts show expiration in November of 2023. I have chatted with Microsoft several times and they have uninstalled all Microsoft program as and reinstalled. The pop up to renew continues to show and I cannot bypass.
