You should NOT have reinstalled Windows 10 -- as you have now list Office because if it came preloaded on your PC, HP does not provide separate downloads for it. In addition, the version of Office that comes preloaded is usually a trial version and since that expires, it does not activate. If you purchased Office for your PC, you will have to contact HP Support yourself to see if they can do anything for you. There is nothing we here can do about this.
