I reset my laptop and now it "does not start correctly"

Product Name: HP Pavilion ?
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I reset my laptop because I had a lot of unwanted files on it and it was not running as well as it did. I looked it up and everyone said it was fine. I restarted it and it now says "Automatic repair. Your pc did not start correctly" and gives me the option to restart or go to advanced settings. I restarted and it didn't work. What should I do?

Hi,

Please perform extensive hard drive and memory tests from System Diagnostics UEFI: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03467259

If everything PASSED,
Please do a Repair install of Windows 10: https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/16397-repair-install-windows-10-place-upgrade.html

You've to create Windows 10 Home installation USB using Microsoft windows media creation tool for this.

Re: I reset my laptop and now it "does not start correctly"

My laptop passed both extensive tests. I cannot reset my pc though. For remove everything it says "there was a problem while resetting your pc. And keep my files says "we cannot reset your pc and keep your personnel files. You can try Advanced options for other ways to troubleshoot problems with your pc, or you can back up your personnel files and completely reset your pc.

Hi,

Do a clean install: https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/1950-clean-install-windows-10-a.html

You've to create Windows 10 Home installation USB using Microsoft windows media creation tool for this.

Windows will be automatically activated after installation while connected to internet

Windows activation key embedded in the BIOS chip on board, automatically activate both 32 or 64 bit.

Exact model name, product number of your laptop?
