Hi:

Your notebook is not supported by HP for W10, which is why you can't find any W10 drivers for it.

The specs for your notebook indicate that is has the onboard Intel HD 4000 graphics, so the graphics adapter driver should have been automatically installed by W10.

Confirm that the Intel graphics driver is installed by going to the device manager, click to expand the Display Adapters device manager category, and there you should see an Intel HD graphics adapter listed.

If you see a Microsoft Basic Display adapter listed there, for some reason the Intel HD graphics driver did not get installed by W10 and I will need to see if I can find one for you to install.

Hello,

I went to the device manager and Microsoft basic Display adapter is installed. That's why I was trying to download the Intel Graphics driver but couldn't find it. Please find the solution and Thank you.

You're very welcome.

I'm surprised that W10 didn't install the Intel graphics driver.

OK...see if this works for you...

First, create a system restore point so that you can roll back to the current graphics driver you have installed, just in case the updated driver does not work to your expectations.

Next, download and save the 64 bit Intel HD graphics driver ZIP file from the link below (3rd one down on the left)

This is the latest driver as of Oct 23, 2020:  15.33.53.5161

Download Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows* [15.33]

Unzip the graphics driver file to its folder. Do not do anything with the files in the folder.

To unzip the file, right click on the graphics driver zip file you downloaded, and select Extract All.

Go to the device manager, click to expand the Display Adapters device manager category

Click on the Microsoft Basic Display adapter listed there.

Click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver.

Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and then at the bottom of that window, select the Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.

Click on Have Disk, and browse to the unzipped graphics driver folder>Graphics>igdlh64 (setup information file), click Next, and the driver should install.

Be patient, as it can take a few minutes for the driver to completely install.

When the installation is finished, restart the PC.

To update the Intel HDMI audio driver to the latest version, go to the device manager, click to expand the Sound, video and game controllers device manager category.

Click on the HD audio device listed there that isn't your notebook's onboard audio.   Click on the driver tab.  Click on Update driver.

Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and browse to the unzipped Intel graphics driver main folder.

Make sure the Include subfolders box is checked, and the driver will install.

Then restart the PC.

If you install the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (Intel® DSA), after you manually install the driver, it should in the future, automatically install the latest graphics and HDMI audio drivers without having to do the manual install.
