Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am using an HP elitebook G3 and the battery suddenly started dying at around 40%, I have checked online for different solutions and they said I should do a battery calibration but I have also checked online to look for how to do an elitebook battery calibration but couldn't find anything. I just somethings I saw but didn't do the full calibration. Now, it feels like the lifespan of my battery has reduced drastically. I want to perform the full battery calibration, how can I go about it?
