Pavilion gaming laptop 15-cx0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a Pavilion Gaming laptop 15, it is quite new as i only bought it 3 months ago and i have had many problem with this laptop for those 3 months. They have been resolved but i am still worried if another problem shows up. I want to see if it's possible to control my fan speed so i can adjust it to my Personal Liking.

The fan speed is set automatically to keep the processor temperatures within the normal range.

IF you tamper with the fan to FORCE it to run slower, the processor will overheat and the PC will crash.  In some situations, that can cause permanent thermal damage that will then prevent your laptop from working again.
