If my battery is full and I'm still using the laptop should i unplugged the charger

Hi:

On today's notebooks they use smart batteries and smart chargers which means you can pretty much leave the charger connected to the battery at all times.

What I do is once a month, I unplug the charger from the notebook and run the battery down to the low battery warning and then I charge it up again.
