Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The keyboard only lights up in only white, in GameHub v11.0.25.0 there is no backlight setting. I understand there is no rgb here?

which does not say anything about keyboard. That implies it does not have 4-zones keyboard therefore the Omen Gaming Hub (OGH) won't give Lighting option. You MAY see LIGHT STUDIO option from OGH of your machine. If yes, please try

Sorry, but I didn't understand anything. Is there rgb or not? And I don’t understand 144 hertz monitor or not, the specification doesn’t say all this. Where can I contact directly for HP support? I'm from Russia

I'm not Russian,, so you can read it by yourself.... but i believe your laptop only has 1 lightning zone....

 

About display refresh rate,, you can check it from your display menu Windows 10...

Setting > System > Display > Advanced Display Setting (at the bottom) > Refresh Rate (checked it for yourself, what kind of Refresh Rate available for your display)
