Dragonfly
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

when i use my dragonfly i have sometimes freeze of the desktop or general apps, and the screen that i connect to my dockingstation HP just goes black for 2-3 seconds and then reappears. On my logs i found this message of warning:

The driver \Driver\WudfRd failed to load for the device PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_15EB&SUBSYS_861F103C&REV_06\7712B4390F00AA0000.

before the problem happens.

Also this one:

The driver \Driver\WudfRd failed to load for the device ROOT\WindowsHelloFaceSoftwareDriver\0000.

Before the problem happened again. Now i wonder what should i do? The pc is at the last version of windows 2004(it did the problem even with 1909) and i installed all the last drivers with hp softpaq.

Any tips?
