Just bought this laptop but seeing following issues
1. For Refurb laptops, I supposed to get 3 month warranty..but when I checked in HP support assistant -- it say already expired
2. Unable to active OFFICE HOME AND STUDENT 2016 as promised - Unable to locate license key or code in my laptop
3. When I reboot the laptop, it always says incompatible PEN etc.
Any insights? How do I get quick support on these issues?

These are issues that the seller that sold the refurb unit should handle. Unless HP was the vender, I would not expect HP to warranty this item.
