I found the unknown device called "Keyboard_Filter_01" and am looking for the drivers for it

That device may need the Hotkey support driver...

 

HP Hotkey support is a package based on Microsoft DCHU architecture for Universal Windows. This consists of the following:

- A Keyboard Filter driver that serves the purpose of the Base Driver for the Keyboard devices with HWID – HPQ8002.
- HP HotkeyServiceUWP, a legacy windows Service installed as a Software Component driver.
- HP LanWlanWwanSwitchingServiceUWP, a legacy service included as part of an extension driver package.
- HPHotkeyNotification, a Windows 32 notification used to show Privacy screen notifications included as part of an extension driver package.
