Product: HP Pavilion - 15-cs3025od
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

It looks like many people would like to control the timeout on the keyboard back-light.  Add me to the list.  Why in heavens name would someone post that the issue is solved when it really isn't?  When I hit the link for "Problem Solved" all it states is that you can't do this on my model. This is my first HP computer and if this is the way problems are solved, I'll be shopping for a Gateway the next time I need a computer.
