Hello, I need help please! My keyboard is not working.+- It stopped abruptly. My keyboard and touchpad is not working. I went to Best Buy and let Geek Squad work on it they sent me back home and showed me how to do it. I did that it did not work. I called back and let geek squad work on my laptop remotely. That did not work. I have updated the drivers, updated windows, and restarted my pc. I have tried holding the shift key for 8 secs. Please help signed a college student. I am currently using a wireless keyboard and mouse which is really hard to get used to. Should i get a new computer?
