Hi, @DIMEJIDX2 I will need more information on this.

 

1. Are there any driver issues that the laptop is experiencing with the webcam?

2. Is there an error message that pops up with reference to the webcam?

3. Is device manager still picking up the webcam driver

4. What were you doing before the webcam stopped working.

 

After getting these information, we can look for a fix from there.
