There have been a number of bios upgrades to your laptop.  The most recent Jan 2020 is F52 Rev A

Do you have that bios version.  I put your sr# in and found thiis

It is possible the battery is defective or possibly the warning about 0 time left is incorrect.

Please run a battery report and post the summery.  The following shows how to do it.

https://www.groovypost.com/howto/generate-battery-report-windows-10

Might be useful to compare to this report.

You can use the WindowsKey + shift + S to copy and past a small image. such as the summery.

If there is a problem with the battery AND the bios needs to be upgraded, make sure you do not accidently unplug it during the upgrade.

Once you get it working you might want to replace your 32bit version of windows with the 64 bit.  The upgrade is free but all files will be deleted as it requires a clean install.
