Is there a way to limit battery charging to 80% on HP Notebook using Windows 10 (like other manufacturer) to extend battery life ?

I see from the post that you want information regarding the battery charging limit/threshold to 80%, I'll try my best to help you with this,
I did a bit of research and found that there is nothing as such it should be charged to 80% for optimum performance/good battery life.
I have a found a wonderful document which would help you with this - Understanding Lithium-Ion and Smart Battery Technology - Click here
Other manufacturers (Samsung/Sony/Lenovo...) offer certain battery control tools in order to maximise the lifespan of the laptop's battery. Is there a tool by HP/for HP laptops? Answering to your question, Yes, It's an inbuilt feature with HP.
