Product: Laptop-3IDE8FU8
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I don’t know why my laptop switches of at 50% without any warning after full charge, it doesn’t last up to two hours during charging it shows the white light when it is not full then the next minute it shows the orange...please what should i do
