My Hp laptop stopped charging just suddenly

What is the product number of your HP notebook? Use this link to find it:  https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03754824  (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).

Does the laptop shutdown right away if the charger is disconnected from the laptop?

Have you tried to use a different compatible charger and check if it helps?

 

Could you please respond to this post with the details of the product so that I can provide you with accurate steps which should help you resolve this issue.
