Laptop turns off after a minute of being unplugged, then starts turning off after being unplugged

HP Dell laptop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Windows 10 HP Dell laptop turns off after about a minute from being unplugged, then it starts turning off instantly after unplugged from the cord, after a while it starts working off the plug again but still turns off after a minute, ive tried a bunch of things and it wouldnt fix it.
