Hi,
I just bought a new HP Omen laptop, and when I installed and connected it to the internet the HP assistant showed that the support ended in 2022.
I reached HP support with my invoice to update the purchase date with 3 years of full warranty, and they said that it will be handled (~1 week ago) but still on the HP assistant screen and by the HP support page I have no warranty and it is expired.
I can't open a support ticket (cause I don't have a warranty...), I can't do anything.
Please HELP!
