Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, 

 

I just bought this laptop at Amazon, and it was sold with a one year of license (Office 365 - Personal) for free.

Amazon recommended me to contact HP to get this license.

I kindly ask HP to help me with this issue.

Amazon lied -- as THEY are the ones that are required to provide you any activation codes for the Office product that came preinstalled.

 

My guess, is that the version is the TRIAL, because that version is the one that comes preloaded.  So, if that is the case, they lied to you twice -- once about the product, a second time about the license.

 

HP can do nothing for you about this as you bought the PC elsewhere.
