Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Hi,

 

I lost the email Account I created to install/register the Windows 8.1 during the time of purchase.

 

How can I recover it? I completely forgot the email id.

 

I have the HP Registration information and care pack certificate. Can HP help me to recover my email id from their account? I believe I may have provided the email id during the purchase.

 

I also have the back up CDs of Windows 8.1. Will it have the email id information in it?

 

Please help me!
