Product: HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-d5000 (4V9X9AV)

When I purchased this, it was advertised at Best Buy for one year free of Microsoft 365 with purchase. I have yet to be able to activate this. I called Best Buy, they refer me back to Microsoft. Microsoft refers me back to Best Buy and they all refer me back to HP....could someone please help me to get this activated and working? I have been paying for a service that was clearly advertised as a free subscription when I purchased this laptop and I would like for someone to actually honor it.
